They even helped me save money because I thought if I did a concrete slab repair I would have to replace the entire thing, but after the their inspection they told me I can just repair the part that's damaged without replacing the whole thing which was a big relief.

We had water intrusion issues related to bad drainage systems in a somewhat tricky backyard configuration that ended up requiring helical piers for our fiundation. The entire Foundation Builders team worked with us every step of the way, showing a willingness to make adjustments on the fly.

They did a excellent job under my house and the inspector was very good person & he was very fair and you tell him what your trying to accomplish & he will give you the best option . The inspector wasn't trying to take my money but really giving good advice & showed me ways how to save money. Per the California mandate, we wanted to earthquake retrofit tie down our 1924 home to its foundation. Daniel was the representative who came out and did the initial inspection, job description, secured the city permit and supervised his crew. We felt he was honest and effective in communicating what he found under our house. He took pictures and explained what was needed. I had done my own research so what he was saying concurred.
